Landmark Projects

The firm had completed the work of Sports Complex on project Management basis. This Project consists of swimming tank of Olympic size 50m x 21m, Multipurpose Hall having construction area 2400 Sq meter & Athletic Track.etc.
We are proud that ours is the Unique Firm to complete four big size schemes in Sangli consisting of about 40 Flats each with facilities such as Lift, Children’s Park, Car parking space etc.
Also we have successfully completed projects in Pune city consisting of Luxury Flats, Duplex Flats with Lift & Parking facility.
Recently we have completed one of our prestigious projects Shreeram Plaza, at “Ram mandir chowk”, which is in the heart of Sangli city. The Project is worth Rs.2.50 crores on F.B.T. basis, Jointly with Sangli-Miraj-Kupwad City Corporation. It is Commercial complex having Art Gallery, Library, Am phi-Theatre, Restaurant, Offices & Shopping plaza etc. Project is completed within the time of 12 months. We are proud that one of the reputed Company i.e. Godrej Ltd has purchased the area in this Shopping Plaza and recently they have started Bazaar in the name “Godrej Aadhar.”
