The functioning of the firm is headed by Mr. Chidambar S. Kotibhaskar & Mr. Dilip. S. Kotibhaskar.
The various sites are supervised by qualified and experienced team of Engineers under the guidance of,

Experience:

• 5 years in Irrigation Dept.
• 12 years as a lecturer in Structural Engineering Dept. in Walchand college of Engineering Sangli.
• 25 years in construction field as a Technical Director in Kotibhaskar Constructions.

Experience:
As director in Swagat construction Co. Pvt. Ltd. For 5 years.

Kotibhaskar Builders with 25 years history in construction firms from Sangli, since 1982 engaged in developing sites & marketing of economy / deluxe flats.
With a social objective of conserving natural resources, we have incorporated rainwater harvesting in most of our schemes well before the govt. made it mandatory.
In the historic city of Pune fast becoming I.T. hub, we have developed duplex / luxury flats with Lift, Parking facilities. We are on verge of taking up other prestigious schemes in this educational capital of Maharashtra.
As we believe in best management practices, we treat our staff as human assets of the firm.

The procurement of the material is made from suppliers to suit the requirements, leading to minimum maintenance cost. Thus, by opting for new trends in the building constructions through machinery, new materials through our R & D cell, we are enhancing our quality, standard in construction with day to day experience. We believe in result-oriented work. We experiment through application & use of new materials & techniques available in the market such as TMT Steel and bathroom fittings, which are non-corrosive and maintenance free. The work is done with using various admixtures leading to high quality with cost saving.

Our firm motto is to serve the society through our building & construction activity by providing one of the basic needs i.e. shelter.

Social

Considering our social responsibility, an organization named ”Zilla Vikas Manch” is formed to carry out various Projects like Rain Water Harvesting, Protection of Environment, and Water Management etc.
Also we have active participation in “Nutan Buddhibal Mandal Sangli”, an organization working for development & growth of students learning chess (a sports form).
Also we are arranging the training program for the staff and labor regarding health, exercise and relief from bad habits.

Educational

Recently Mr. D. S. Kotibhaskar is elected as a Director of Deccan Education Society, Pune a well Known educational institute in Maharashtra.
To develop, guide & educate students from engineering branch, we have started “Kotibhaskar Engineering Academy” and is taking very good shape.
